Room Availability
Meeting rooms for Day and Residential Conferences are normally available between 8.00am and 6.00pm. Guests can normally check into bedrooms from 2.00pm and latest check out time is 11.00am. If you would like to extend any of these times, we will make every effort to be helpful, but would ask for as much advance notice as possible, and cannot guarantee that this can be granted.
No Expensive Surprises!
All prices will be fully agreed with you in advance of your event - there are no hidden charges or extras. If, during your event, you make alterations which affect the final cost, we will agree the cost change with you at the time. We guarantee that our final invoice will never exceed the sum which we have agreed with you. All prices are correct at time of going to press and include VAT @ 17.5%
