Delfryn Restaurant

The Delfryn Restaurant opened in September 2006. All new menus and home-prepared food, with the emphasis on choice and service in luxurious, relaxed, cosy surroundings.

Our Chef, John Rae, has designed new menus offering modern European dishes with a Welsh twist, all individually priced with daily specials and plenty of vegetarian choice.

Sample dishes from the new menu:

• Portobello Mushrooms (V)
  • Grilled Portobello Mushrooms topped with Welsh Brie
    and Onion Confit, seasoned with Pesto
• Welsh Black Beef Fillet
  • 7oz Finest Welsh Black Beef Fillet stuffed with Caerphilly Cheese
    wrapped in Anglesey Bacon on a Leek Mash with Red Wine
    Jus
• Homemade Cappucino Creme Brulée
  • served with a tuille biscuit

Bert's Bar

Bert's Bar, with fabulous views over the Dee Estuary, serves a full range of drinks and delicious bar snacks and is open all day and evening.

Sky Sports shows in both our Bars - including all Premiership Plus games and we also have a pool table and games machines.

The perfect place to unwind after a conference or a walk in the nearby countryside!
